Kodama ring
Kodama are tree spirits in Japanese folklore. It is inspired by the little creatures that reside in trees which I might have seen in a Japanese anime film :) Apparently they are a sign of a healthy forest. The ring is made using the lost wax method. First I carve the ring in my studio and then send it off to a wax casting company. There they turn the wax into sterling silver using recycled silver.
